Problem:
Client wished to develop REAC property inspection software for both their own company to use when doing inspections as well as to sell to the public.
Solution:
We built them an Access database solution and install program to handle REAC property inspections. It lets the user supply information about violations occurring in buildings, common areas and units and has integration with the computer’s camera to include images for each violation. A variety of reporting and scoring algorithms in the mix.
