Problem:
Started out as a way to track revenue forecasts but grew into a system which included product and service revenue forecasts, project planning, client inventory, installations, employee job compentencies, project and document tracking, and many other areas.
Solution:
We built them an Access database to meet their exact needs. We included a few dashboards, many list and detail screens, multiple levels of security based on who logs in to the system, email templates and custom workflow logic.
