I would like to express my gratitude for your patience and wonderful response time to our database issues. Our database was initially written in 1998 and due to the difficulty of finding anyone that was competent and able to repair our Access database, our program had been patched together for many years. That was until I located RPT software on the internet. When I first spoke with Mark, I was thrilled with his knowledge and professionalism! In order for our business to remain operating using the old database, Mark was able to convert our database in 2 phases. Each phase was a smooth transition and Mark accommodated us by competing these conversions over a weekend. I found Mark to be punctual with his updates and his telephone conferences. It was wonderful to work with such a great company! My computer skills are very limited! I was very unsure that I would be able to upload the information that Mark needed and then download the corrected versions to our network. With Mark’s patience, all went smoothly!
