RPT Software provided a tailored Access database solution for our budget-conscious volunteer organization. We were looking for the means to track information for students participating in our school’s marching band, and to maintain this information year to year for each student. Details included participation fee payments, student orders for performance apparel and uniform assignments including any necessary alterations. The ideas sent to Mark were incorporated almost seamlessly into RPT Software’s proposed solution. Mark took the time to suggest function improvements, to help prioritize our needs and to present a prototype for review. Once the development was complete, Mark provided a walkthrough of the initial version deployment, and was on-call during the first weeks of use. We have implemented an application that addressed our priorities and provides us with flexibility for the future. We realized immediate benefits in fee processing, order accuracy, ad hoc reporting and data retention. The ongoing support provided by Mark and his staff has impressed me. At Byrd Brothers, our core competency is debris management following natural and man-made disasters. We’ve spent many hours working to develop a capable project information management system to track tens of subcontractors, hundreds of trucks and thousands of load tickets. However, our past system was flawed in that information stayed either on the project or in the home office. We reached out to RPT Software to help re-develop our MS Access database and received something much greater in return. RPT Software was able to encapsulate our vision for a robust project information management system that linked multiple project sites with the home office via the cloud. We started small by re-tooling our internal Access system. With the core system in place, next, we began to expand with complementary modules to provide our project managers better, more timely information. Lastly, we moved our project information management system to the cloud, which provided us scalability, mobility, coordination and cost-savings. We are very appreciative of RPT Software. The RPT team took our vision and made it a reality.

It has been great working with Mark (RPT Software), he has been very responsive to any and all inquiries. He’s has gone above and beyond what I expected(even helped me find an excellent iPhone app for use by our management team), the Database will be a work in progress (ever changing on Prestonwoods’ end) and I am glad those changes will be done with RPT Software. We are extremely impressed and satisfied with the customer tracking/marketing database RPT Software provided for us. We’ve gone from 3 excel spreadsheets, 2 word documents and 1 handwritten yellow legal pad to one customized database. Turnaround time from conception to completed product was excellent. Any tweak or upgrade we ask for is completed in minutes or hours at the most. Everyone in the office is thrilled with the product. Now I’m getting yelled at for not doing this sooner.
